Leadership
NDI was founded by two US Army Veterans; a Combat Engineer and an Infantry Medic - one an officer and the other an NCO. We share a deep passion for making a difference in the lives of patients.
Dr. Lars Landers, a licensed professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing advanced treatment protocols and Jonathan Vance, a seasoned expert in business operations and growth strategy.

Onsite Treatment Delivery: Intensive and A La Carte Services offered at NDI's facility in the Greater Boston region.Offsite Treatment Delivery: Direct services at partner organization's facilities for maximum accessibility.
- Intensive Program: A 90-minute Onboarding and Baseline Assessment Session to tailor treatment plans and 9 one-hour core treatment sessions focusing on neural timing, neuromodulation (TDCS), photobiomodulation (PBM), vestibular rehabilitation, and other advanced therapies.
- Innovative A La Carte Treatments: Translingual Neural Stimulation, Virtual Reality (VR), Computerized Stabilometry, and Hyperbaric Sessions.

"In 2015 I was in a very serious car accident and suffered a traumatic brain injury. I don’t remember the accident or the first two months of my recovery. By the time I sought treatment with Dr. Landers I had recovered most of my ability to walk and talk, but I was still having trouble with balance and coordination, and I hadn’t driven in two years because I felt very unsure of myself.
